Syd,
Thanks, you are such a beautiful, descriptive writer! I love the sinkiness, (like not wanting to eat) some of that is genetic you know! I just read very recently that new research shows what an absolutely wonderful food popcorn is, and see, this little genius is ahead of the curve! I can’t wait to Granny Nanny and spend time with that dear little boy. We are spending Easter Sunday with the family. Have a blessed day.

I’ve included this in my program or trying to eat better. It’s really helped take the edge off. Normally the cheetos would be calling and I actually have not desire for them. I EAT but I don’t overeat or eat junk.

Kudos to you for making the change and vocalizing it! Food and I have a love-hate relationship. It’s a constant battle.

It was good! Creamy, savory. A bit different but nice for cold morning. I like Oatmeal but I don’t always like sweet stuff in the AM.
