I didn't gain weight for the longest time, or at most a pound or so. My German doctor, in his broken English, told me that was ok because "I was fat to start with." Uhm... nice. But true. When I was 7 months pregnant, flying back to the US, the male flight attendant on my trip from Frankfurt to Chicago didn't even know I was pregnant. (In all fairness, I was wearing normal clothes, just stretchy knits in larger sizes!) Perk? You lose it all so fast after the baby is born, especially if you nurse!
